As your apple tart bakes to perfection in the oven, you’ll embark on a captivating historical walking tour of Hahndorf with Sharon. Stroll to the oldest Germanic farmlet in the Southern hemisphere while she shares fascinating stories about the town’s rich history, its Prussian roots, and the intriguing tales of its early settlers.
Upon returning from your enlightening tour, you’ll be treated to a delightful morning tea experience on the verandah of the pastor’s historic home. Savour the apple tarts created earlier, and a hot beverage. It’s a serene setting that perfectly complements the historical charm of Hahndorf.

There is no refund available for cancellations however you can pass your booking onto someone else.
Minimum numbers
We do require a minimum of 4 participants for the experience to go ahead. We have two dates available so you may be requested to move to one or other of the dates to balance or fill the spots. In the unlikely event that the class/es don’t reach minimum numbers you will be contacted 3 days prior. You will be given the opportunity to join a Strudel and Stroll Walking Tour on that morning for 2 people if that were to happen (with the balance of $29.00 to be paid) or receive a gift card to the value of $129.00 which is the experience cost less an administration fee of $20.00.
